I have read on several messages that to see past activities, you just click on that day, then tap +, then find the exercise. The only options on iphone are to Track Live (makes no sense since it's a past day) or manually log.
Where can I see my past exercise? I'm trying to keep track of my running times.
Thanks,
Amy

Just jumped in to clarify some info:
The options that are shown under the (+) icon are the same for iOS and Android. These options are for you to track activities, sleep and other data manually.
As described by our friend RiekoC to see your activities, just tap on the Exercise Days tile.
