Did you mean:

+ icon does not display exercise: only allows to add exercise manually

ANSWERED

I have read on several messages that to see past activities, you just click on that day, then tap +, then find the exercise. The only options on iphone are to Track Live (makes no sense since it's a past day) or manually log.

Where can I see my past exercise? I'm trying to keep track of my running times.

Thanks,

Amy

Hello @mardelcaribe

I'm an Android user and know that the iOS and Android Fitbit apps are not exactly alike.

The way that I see past workouts is:

  • Tap on the Exercise Days tile on the Today page
  • Tap on Week or Month and use the back arrows to get to the date that you want to check. You'll see a list of the completed workouts listed below. You can tap on a specific workout to see the details.

@RiekoC , Thank you for sharing your insights.

@mardelcaribe , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and efforts.

Just jumped in to clarify some info:

The options that are shown under the (+) icon are the same for iOS and Android. These options are for you to track activities, sleep and other data manually.
As described by our friend RiekoC to see your activities, just tap on the Exercise Days tile.
