My Fitbit change 6 is 3 days old it has the straps that came with it The strap detaches for the watch. The watch has detached over 8 times now, I have changed the strap to the larger one supplied, the problem continues. I have reversed the straps still a problem  Will a replacement strap work or is there a design fault with the watch clip? I I will have to return the product as I  now consider that the watch strap is not fit for propose.

If the straps that came with your Charge 6 are not staying latched to the device, it could be that the latching mechanism is faulty.

Some users have had success by gently pushing on the latching tab towards the center of the device until they feel or hear a click. If you've done this and still have an issue with the band staying on, you should return the device to where you bought it for a replacement.
