sudden battery drain

Up until yesterday, the battery on my Charge 6 would last 6-7 days. Then suddenly yesterday it started draining within a few hours. I have NOT changed any settings in months. So please don't tell me that is the issue. Was there some sort of update or something that has caused my battery to drain? And regardless of the answer, how do I fix it?

Sorry to see you're having issues with rapid battery loss.

When my Charge 5 started having rapid battery loss, I restarted and recharged my device multiple times over several days. As soon as I saw a rapid drop in the battery, I restarted it and put it on the charger until the battery was back to 100%, often doing this multiple times in a day. This eventually got my Charge 5 "unstuck" and the battery went back to lasting 6-7 days.

Although there's no guarantee that this will work for your Charge 6, it might be worth a try.
