zone minutes disappeared

My yesterday zone minutes  disappeared.  I restarted my phone, I restarted my charge 6 and neither of that had work. It seems the data between 1:00pm EST and 21:00pm  EST was lost. I was wearing it all the time and also I recall my zone minutes yesterday night (around 8:30pm EST) was around 169.  

Any ideas on how to solve it?
