Hello, what does it mean, Add a tile? The instruction it gives is: Long press any tile to edit your carousel.
When holding down the screen, nothing happens.
Only a circle has appeared suggesting to slide to where this message comes from.
Restarted the device the circle disappeared, the message did not.
I appreciate any advice.

@Mirella24 could you please try a factory reset? The watch's settings and game progress will be restored. After the watch is back online, could you please tell me the software version on the watch (swipe right from the home screen and swipe to the bottom which should say 'You are playing Season...'. ).

Please let us know where you are seeing this instruction. Is it on the Ace device? If so, on which screen do you see it? Is it on the clock face?

Yes, it is on my son's watch. by swiping right or left on the clock face.
