App not showing weekly, yearly data

The app has a page for daily, weekly, yearly steps. Now that page just is white with a spinning load symbol. Been that way for two days.

@dmluth   Do you use an Android or iPhone?  Your post wound up in  child’s device forum.  Your post can get moved to the appropriate app forum, where it can get attention.

We have received feedback about some issues related on stats missing or not showing on the app. Some of these have already been reported and currently under research.

In order to better understand the issue you are experiencing, it would be helpful to share a screenshot of what you are seeing. I appreciate your time in this process.

As @LZeeW, mentioned, it may also be helpful to share the operating system your mobile device is running.

Please let us know if you're an Android or iOS user.

Just to let you know, some users have been able to restore their missing history by deleting the app from their mobile device, then re-installing it.
