Audio and microphone stop working

We've had the watch for a few days now, but the audio and microphone seem to stop working after a few hours. Rebooting the watch helps, but the watch has been doing this every day.

Sorry to see that you are having issue with the Ace LTE watch.

At this point, the next step would be to contact Support (<-- click link). Complete the prompts until you get the option to chat or call.
