When my child calls my phone from his fitbit ace lte, it shows on my Samsung phone, but both the answer and reject buttons do nothing. I've tried pressing them, long pressing them, swiping them etc. I can't answer or reject the call.

Best AnswerI don't know if this will solve the issue or not, but have you tried clearing the app cache on your phone? If I remember correctly, all you need to do is hold the Fitbit Ace icon down on your phone, select "Storage", and then "Clear Cache".
It's been a min. since I've had a Samsung phone, but the path to clear the cache should be close to what I mentioned.
Also, is your Ace app updated?
