Clarification Regarding Ineligibility for Six-Month Free Trial

I ordered the product and received it on Wednesday, February 5, 2025. I have never taken a subscription with my Google account linked to the playstore, yet it says that I am not eligible for the six-month free trial (screenshot attached). Before purchasing, it showed that I could get the free trial, but after purchasing, it now says that I am not eligible. Could you please clarify why?

 

I am attaching some screenshots showing that I don’t have any active subscriptions.

Hello @SritamSatpathy and welcome to the Community.  This is the Ace LTE forum, a child's device.  Premium isn't available for the Ace LTE.  Can you please clarify which model you bought?
