Family Quest not working

My daughter has the Fitbit Ace LTE. My husband and I joined her in the Family Quest. My husband and I both have Google Pixel watches (Fitbit based) and our steps are not updating appropriately. We have both checked our permissions and the physical activity permission is on. It's counting only about 1/4 of our steps.

For now, please submit this issue using the Feedback option in the Ace app

  • Tap on your picture in the upper right of the app's home page
  • Tap on Feedback in the menu that opens
  • Complete the prompts & submit

Please let us know when you submit the feedback report so we can let the team know to look for it.

  • My understanding is that family member steps currently come from the Google Fit app on the member's phone. And that wearable fitness trackers and smart watches do not yet interact with the Ace LTE for Family Quest, with Google planning to rollout that feature sometime in 2025. (Hopefully soon!🤞🏻)
