Feature request and product improvements.

I have a few feature requests...I've had a few pain points in my early use of the product/app and will list those first, followed by a few 'nice to have' features.  

Pain Points

1. Currently the app utilizes it's own service to send messages and texting.  making for an awkward way of checking messages and being more difficult to alter the notification tones. - I would recommend either allowing the app to utilize the default ring tone/messaging tone for the phone, or include alternate notification tones in the app settings.  
2. In using the apps own interface you've limited the availability for contacts to get in touch with them. Some of my childs friends use other smart watches or child locked phones that don't allow for adding apps on them.  Utilizing a standard SMS/Phone system where friends can be added by phone number rather than requiring an E-mail and app setup would bring far more utilization to the feature. 

Nice to have features.

1. Have a Calendar for the child to setup reminders and easily access the date when needed as a standard watch.
2. Programable alarms from within the app. - I like to set reminders for my child,  being able to do that remotely from the app if I want her to be home by 5:30 for whatever reason setting an alarm remotely would be extremely valuable as a parent.  
3. A remote feature in the app that you could trigger from the location page would  increase the 'checkins' from the watch allowing you to see active movement while in app view.  - This would decrease battery life so i'd suggest putting a 10m timer on the feature so it auto-disables if I just want to track a childs progress from my house to a friends... etc.

@Campaign the best place to make feature suggestions is the Product Feedback forum. That forum is monitored by developers and ideas posted there may be included in future updates.

I hope you will consider posting your ideas there. If you do that, I would suggest making a separate post for each idea. That will make it easier for developers and moderators to respond to you.
