Another Fitbit Ace LTE user

I got 2 Fitbit Ace LTE for both my children. Currently they are both setup as individual supervised accounts. How do I add the others kids contact to the contact list? I tried using their own email address but I got an error saying invitations cannot be send to the account.

This is the same issue I am having and google support had no fix. They just sent me an account recovery procedure. My issue is both my kids are also individual accounts and I am unable to add a siblings account because the app just doesn't allow it but doesn't give a reason why.

Urgh. I fat fingered the best answer checkbox. How do I uncheck it?

not sure. just upvote it so it gets more views? There should be uncheck somewhere? I am not sure

there's a drop down arrow on the right of the box, Does it have any options next to my reply that you selected as best answer?

@MandyLawChen I unchecked the "Best Answer" for you. I don't have an answer to your original question unfortunately.

I have heard from a lot of people that they would love this feature and I wanted to let you know that this isn't a bug or glitch, but is working as intended. This is good feedback though, I will send it into the feedback feature directly in the app. You can do the same by opening the Ace app, click your profile icon in the top right and then hit feedback. The more people that make this feature request, the better of a chance it will get added down the road.
