I have an ACE LTE for my daughter, I moved from one android phone to a newer one but the Fitbit LTE app wont allow me to log in. the Fitbit LTE app says, " Oops, We couldn't validatre your account" What am i doing wrong. I use the Google app to change one phone to another phone.

I got a response. Here's what is suggested:
Force close the Fitbit Ace LTE app from your phone and try again after a few minutes. If you need them, here are the steps to force close the app (<-- click link).
