Fitbit Ace LTE backspace key not working

My daughter is enjoying her fitbit Ace, but the backspace button doesn't work properly when texting. The first two presses work, but then you can't delete anymore characters. It makes it impossible to correct mistakes when writing a text. I've tried restarting the watch. Has anyone had this issue? Any fixes for it?

Since restarting the Ace didn't fix the problem, please use the Feedback option in the Ace app to submit the bug report.

• Tap on your picture in the upper right of the Ace app and tap on Feedback
• Complete the prompts and submit

The team will receive the report and take a look at the issue.
