My kids ace lte watch is pattern locked ( the 9 dots pattern? . Even after hard factory reset of the watch. It works for few hours and then goes back to pattern lock mode and cannot be used. I have tried calling customer care but they are useless and don’t have a clue how to resolve this.
i can’t even find where the hell is this pattern lock setup in the Fitbit ace lte watch.
can someone please help us out of this desperate and helpless situation

Sorry to hear this has happened!
To get to the screen lock setting, hold down the top side button then tap Settings > Security > Screen lock. If this doesn't work and the device is still unresponsive to a screen lock, we should get the device replaced. If you submit a case this time via g.co/fitbitace/contact, please refer to this thread and we will have a replacement device sent out to you!
