Fitbit should heavily consider integrating this new Fitbit Ace LTE with Google Family Link (Google’s built in Screen Time tool). This would allow parents / individuals to control all games and social media apps downloaded on their devices, instead of limiting it to just the games installed on the Fitbit Ace LTE.
An integration with Google Family Link would also provide ALL Fitbit consumers with the ability to benefit from this gamification fitness feature instead of limiting it to just Fitbit Ace LTE users.
Kids aren’t the only ones that need to spend more time exercising and less time on a couch behind a screen.

Family Link is already integrated with the Ace LTE .
As far as the gaming features, you can either send feedback through the Ace app or on the Product Suggestions board where the engineers will see it.

This integration with Google Family Link is directed more towards including the gamification feature within Google Family Link. This would allow Fitbit users to earn access to their favorite downloaded games and social media by being physically active.
Example:
Each time my child reaches 5,000 Steps, their device (phone or tablet) is automatically rewarded with 20 minutes of Screen Time. This allows the child to access their favorite downloaded games and social media for a 20 minute period. The child would be able to consume all 20 minutes or bank the time and save it for later.
When Screen Time isn’t being used, then those games and social media apps will remain blocked from use. Parents would be able to select which apps remain on the device for usage at all times (texting, calling) and which apps get blocked when Screen Time isn’t being used.
