We bought our daughter the Fitbit Ace LTE recently and initially the watch was working well. Regarding tracking steps. Recently it has stopped tracking her movement. I've tried to adjust the Bluetooth settings and now her watch is not available in the Bluetooth list. Any tips or suggestions are welcomed! Thank you!

Have you had a chance to restart your daughter's Ace device? Often, a restart will help.
