My son is not able to call me through the app on my new samsung glaxy phone. It's not ringing through. Can anyone help? I have checked all of the settings. The watch is not ringing through on his phone either

You may have to unpair and re-pair his watch to the app. I don't know if you need them yet or not, but the instructions are here .
