No Call Notification on Parent's Garmin Watch

Hi, just received and setup my child's Fitbit Ace LTE watch. I have a Pixel 8 Android device and I use a Garmin Fenix 7 watch. I can receive text notifications through my watch sent from the Fitbit Ace LTE, but I do not get call notifications. The calls show up on my phone, but nothing is sent to my watch. 

Anyone else see something similar.

That's probably because, to my knowledge, the Ace watches can't call out to other watches.  I'm currently testing this feature right now, I'll let you know if I find anything else out.

I bought a Fitbit Versa 4 when I bought the Ace anticipating the amount of times my child is going to call and text. The calls from the Ace go to my phone, not my Versa. The texts she sends do show up on my Versa, but I can't reply to them. It's very disappointing. That's why I purchased the Versa.

Hi @PixieTrina - I am sorry that the Versa doesn't let you reply to texts/calls. I have heard from a community manager that this is currently working as intended and I have provided feedback that communications could be clearer. If you have a second Fitbit Ace and set it up with your parent account, you will be able to text/call from your Ace to theirs, but I am not sure that's what you're looking for. You'd think a Versa, also a Fitbit product, would be able to accomplish this. I've read numerous others with 2 Ace LTE's can't communicate with each other either.

The versa had quick response to sent messages. 

If the calls so come to your phone. Do they come through your phone app, or your Fitbit app? 

You may need to change a setting to get the call forwarded to the Versa
