Replacement screen protector/bumper?

My kid was playing at the park and the protective bumper popped off and he lost it. Anyone know of any screen protectors that will fit the ACE LTE? Will a protector designed for the Sense 2 or Versa 4 work or is the screen size different?

Hi @bsquizz  you should check Amazon. They sell a variety of protective covers for Fitbit devices.

Do you have experience with a specific one that worked well? Part of my
question is does the form factor match the Sense or Versa? The ACE LTE is
so new, basically none of the covers being sold on there have reviews at
this point. I'm trying to avoid the trial and error of ordering junk on
Amazon, so I'm curious if anyone has a recommendation that they've actually
used.

@bsquizz  if the Ace LTE is still under warranty, did you check with Fitbit? I haven't seen any posts about people using protective covers for the newer products.

Please contact Support (<-- click link) to get a replacement bumper for your son's Ace LTE. Complete the prompts until you get to the options to call or chat.

@bsquizz   The Ace LTE has its own Support page.  I think you will get a faster response there.  The Ace LTE pebble is very different from the Sense 2 and Versa 4.

I had trouble simply removing the bumper.  You must have one active child!

Our bumper was gone within two weeks- Tried one of the cases on Amazon and those were a joke- Anyone have luck trying to source an actual bumper replacement ? The support link listed above just ends in a dead end without a chat/call option - Thanks -

Agreed, the "hard plastic" ones that are easy to find on Amazon aren't very
good. They fit loosely, make creaking noises (because plastic rubbing on
plastic), they pop off easily and the plastic tabs for the push buttons on
the side easily break too. At least they are cheap, so I'm just keeping
extras on hand. I ordered some that say they are "soft tpu" which I'm
hoping means it will be flexible and mold to the watch better. We'll see...

Thx- I saw those one and going to give them a try- Still wish we could source an OEM bumper replacement as it was better with no screen protector to make typing more difficult.

You can contact Fitbit Ace Support and receive a replacement bumper as a courtesy and also because these are not yet available to purchase as an accessory.
