notifications during school mode

is there a way to still have notifications come through but turn off the games? I want to be able to reach my child at any time but limit the gaming feature.

Hello @kfurz0121 

Currently, there isn't a way to turn on notifications from parents during school mode. This Ace help page explains why notifications are silenced during school time (<-- click link).

The page also explains that you can turn off school mode from the Ace LTE app if you need to contact your child in an emergency.
