Hello @TerriLeigh and welcome to the Community.  Can you please provide a little more information?  What model Fitbit do you use?  Are you exercising to one of the videos on the Fitbit app?  Or are you doing something different?

I have a Versa3 and do video on TV or a class. Not on Fitbit
