Hi Guys,
I and all my friends love our fitbit devices ( and other smart watches) and all the data we can review for our fitness, nutrition and sleep journal.
We also use a lot of other apps for our wellbeing such as meditation, health app, fitness apps etc, some of which have integrations however does anyone know of anyway to aggregate all the data from different app and to integrate custom tasks/events that are important such to each of us but dont fit into any of the available apps very well... such as going for a stroll with my dog in the park( good for my mindfulness and relaxation) Is there a way to aggregate and integrate all this information into custom built dashboards for my personalised lifestyle goals ?
I would like to have a personalised dashboards with all my important wellbeing data with
1. fitness
2. sleep
3. mindfulness/psychology
4. health
5. nutrition
Ideally The goals could be custom and it would also be good to get a overall score so I can quickly see how well I am doing in relation to my overall lifestyle goals.
Can anyone help me? I would really appreciate it, or atleast any pointers in the right direction?
Wellbeing is after all wholistic isn't it? We are the sum of all our parts?
Really looking forward to any advise, support or info?

There are app developers that have chosen to link up with fitbit, and we have an app called IFTTT that links up a bunch of apps that are not designed to link together.
Fitbit does have an open API and it may be possible to make a spreadsheet or write a custom app.
