Alarms don't work after clock face changed

I noticed recently that the Fitbit app has a ton of new clock faces to choose from. What I also noticed is that after I chance the clock face, the silent alarms I have don't work the next day.

Can you be more specific? What clock face?

I changed a lot of clock faces, but never encountered this problem.

I have also tried a bunch of different clock faces. I don't think it specific to a clock face. And I can't say with 100% certainty that it happens every time.

I’ve not encountered this either, and run a custom watch face with my alarms working fine. It would be helpful to get as much information as possible about the circumstances where you perceive this issue

I suppose its entirely possible that I just slept through the alarm. That's why I can't say with 100% certainty that this is an issue.

Now that I can equate to. I’ve slept through the Ionic’s alarms, as have others. Hopefully there will be an improvement to them.
