App gallery with no Internet connection

Are there any other ways of changing the clock face, other than through the Fitbit app? My Charge 5 refuses to connect when I tap the Gallery icon in the app. I get the dreaded "Oops, looks like there's no Internet connection" message that has been talked about so much in these forums.

I want to let you know that I have moved your post from the Product Feedback board to App Gallery, since this is an issue that we can try to fix.

I understand that you are experiencing a problem with the app, and I apologize for the inconvenience. I have investigated this issue and have found that it can be caused by a number of factors, including the usage of the following in your phone:

 

  • VPN
  • AdBlock software
  • Security software
  • Private DNS

 

If you are using any of these features, please try disabling them and see if that resolves the issue.
