The first six months the app was great at transferring and receiving the watch information. Ever since then it is a hit and miss. I have had to remove the app at least 4 times to see if I can get it to reconnect so I can see the day information from the watch. I am so tired of doing this. It works sometimes for a few days then quits again. App sucks or something electronically is wrong between the app and the watch.

Hi @Gailcyclepath - this is one of the problems with the new app. See posts in "The redesigned Fitbit app is rolling out!" topic in the appropriate iOS or Android app forums along with the other unhappy users where you will see more fully the issues.
Unfortunately it would seem likely you are stuck with this version officially. Though there may be some tweaks over time already mentioned there. This could take months to get this test version to anywhere near how the previous version was.

Thanks I appreciate the reply. I'll have to live without the app and just rely in the watch. It's been great so far.
