Why can't I get apps for my versa 4

Hello @Tracy.clarke and welcome to the Community.  I'm sorry, but Fitbit doesn't allow third party apps on the Versa 4.  Third party developers need a Software Development Kit (SDK) to create apps.  Fitbit didn't release an SDK for the Versa 4/Sense 2 and never gave an explanation.

Hello @CARDOSO and welcome to the Community.  I'm taking a big step and think that you are located in Portugal, maybe -- based on your profile picture.  You wrote that you had clock faces and apps and now they are gone.  You have a different issue.  Google removed all third party apps and clock faces from the EEA and UK.  No explanation was given, but there are rumors about GDPR issues.  That doesn't explain why they are gone from the UK, but it does explain the EEA.
