When I turn my wrist to scan the bar code at the super market , the screen switches off. Could you please make it stay on ?

Hi, depending on what device you are using, the ability to program the screen to stay on may have been removed from the application programing interface (API).  If you hold your wrist so that the Fitbit is horizontal, facing up, the screen should stay on.
