Bitmoji Clockface stuck at “preparing to teleport”

I was super excited to try the bitmoji clockface. When I installed the Clockface and connected my Snapchat account, it said “Connected, preparing to teleport”. I waited for several hours and it didn’t even start teleporting. I tried reinstalling the app on my device and reinstalling the Clockface on my watch, but to no avail. Please help, thanks!

@FaultFinder  I want to start by saying that I don't use this clock face.  I know that users have had problems with it, because I've seen many posts about it being stuck at preparing to teleport.  I found this thread in the App Gallery forum.  The moderator listed steps for a Versa 3 user -- the Versa 3 has the same operating system as your Sense.  Her post was checked as a Best Answer.  I hope it works for you.

I'm also moving your post to the App Gallery forum, a better fit for your issue.
