Bitmoji clock face won't update correctly on my Versa 3

I have been trying to use my Snapchat bitmoji for my clock face on the Versa 3, but when the teleportation is completed, it shows pixelated and the image does not fully show on the Versa 3.  I am using version 1.2.1 of the bitmoji clock face and I have uninsgtalled and reinsalled fitbit.  I have restarted the watch and I have unpaired it and repsired with the bluetooth, but the bitmoji will not show properly.

Hi there, @RonnieT8574. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with Bitmoji before reaching out.

If you haven't done so yet, please see Bitmoji’s help article or our blog post Bitmoji and Fitbit Clock Face Partnership for troubleshooting steps.

On a side note, could it possibly have something to do with the chosen outfit? A friend of mine have had that happen every time he tries to change his avatar to an outfit supporting the New England Patriots. When he changes it to Red Sox, Celtics, Bruins, or anything else, it transfers fine, it's only with the Patriots outfit that it has issues. I'd say that you try changing the current outfit to see if that does the trick for you too.

By the way, I've moved your post to the Fitbit App Gallery board for organization purposes.

Hope that helps.

Did you figure this out?  I am having the exact same issue on my Sense, except the it did finish teleporting, it just doesn't display properly.

Did you end up getting this issue fixed? Any suggestions?

I've done these multiple times:
-restarted watch
-removed and reinstalled clock face
-changed to another clock face and then changed back
-factory reset
-log out and log back in to Fitbit app
