Bitmoji clock face won't update on my Versa 2

I have logged out of the apps, removed and added my Versa 2, and tried all of the instructions I could find. When I attempt to connect to Snapchat through the Bitmoji watchface settings, it asks "Connect to Fitbit?" and tells me that the Fitbit app will access my Display Name and Bitmoji Avatar. When I touch Continue, the next screen asks "Back to Fitbit?" The only options is another "Continue", which takes me back to the Clockface settings without being connected.  The Snapchat App does show that the two apps are connected, but Fitbit doesn't seen to recognize it.

 

Any other advice?

Hi there, @SunsetRunner. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and for trying to troubleshoot this issue before reaching out. 

If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend restarting your Versa 2 by following these steps How do I restart my Fitbit device? 

If the issue persists after the restart, see Bitmoji’s help article or our blog post Bitmoji and Fitbit Clock Face Partnership for troubleshooting steps. 

On a side note, could it possibly have something to do with the chosen outfit? A friend of mine have had that happen every time he tries to change his avatar to an outfit supporting the New England Patriots. When he changes it to Red Sox, Celtics, Bruins, or anything else, it transfers fine, it's only with the Patriots outfit that it has issues. I'd say that you try changing the current outfit to see if that does the trick for you too.

I am still having this issue. I had to do a factory reset on my Fitbit versa 2. I've tried several times 30-40 minutes at a time. It says connected preparing to teleport (IOS Fitbit app) but the clock bitmoji never updates.

I've been trying for the past 2 days to link my Bitmoji acct to my Fitbit for the Bitmoji face clock but nothing is happening. I've delinked, relinked, deleted and recreated my avatar but nothing worked.

I've been having the same problems and also tried everything for the last two days for hours at a time. Installed, uninstall, unlinked relinked, rebooted the watched, resynced the watch...EVERYTHING.  Still it's saying preparing to teleport ... I've left it for hours saying this without touching my phone or moving my watch away from it. I'm extremely disappointed. Two days of my life I'm never getting back. 🙄
