I used to get a prediction for how many calories I had left for the day based on a sedentary lifestyle and if I added activity to my day I would get a bigger allowance. It now shows calories allowed in real time so if I eat anything before I have burned 1000 cals I am in the red.
I haven’t changed calorie deficit or anything that I am aware of now I am registering in the red as being over all day and finding it much harder to product how many calories I can eat day to day.
Physiologically it’s hard being over all day and it’s hard to predict what I can eat for the day. Anyone know what to do? Online it says used the desktop dashboard but that no longer avialable
