I'm trying to set up Deezer on my Versa 3
- I installed Deezer on my phone and watch
- I registered for a Trial Paid Deezer Subscription
- From my watch I opened Deezer, which says "Visit fitbit.com/deezer and enter the activation code above"
- From my computer, I visited fitbit.com/deezer and entered the activation code. It says "Successfully Activated! Your account has been activated. Go to Deezer settings in the Fitbit mobile app to add music"
- From the Fitbit mobile app, I clicked on Deezer and it says "Uh Oh! There was a problem reaching the server. Please try again later."
I tried rebooting both phone and watch, and get the same error.

Hi. I have the same problem and the help team are looking into the error. I reported it yesterday and last night it just about connected, but only temporarily. And today it's back to complete failure. I have actioned every suggestion the team have made, but it still doesn't work.

I've had the same issue too. Did everything you have done inc. the trial with Deezer.
Have been in touch with Twitter support. Had lots of suggested fixes from them, none have worked.
Before buying the watch I hadn't realised that you could only use Spotify Premium and that there is no Amazon Music. Beginning to wish I hadn't purchased it now!

I've just had a reply saying it's been reported a number of times and they are looking into it and a fix should be in the next app update.

I think the tracker itself is good, but the problem is the non functional link between Fitbit & Deezer. I did get mine to work for about 20 minutes, now I can't access the tracker to either remove or add more music. Hopefully the upcoming fix will work!

It would be great if a premium subscription wasn't required.

@Ptt_23 you will have to bring this up with Deezer. They are the ones who require a subscription for offline storage. Fitbit doesn't benefit of Deezer is free or paid.

I suspected that my Versa 3 would have lost acces to the router, so I deleted the watch from the mesh and restablished the connection from scratch.
The watch gets connected once I type in the credentials.
Shortly after it disconnects itself automatically.
When I try to open Deezer in the Fitbit-app then there is no connction to the router.
Then I get that annoying Uh-Oh! message.
I seems to me as if Deezer would even try to restablih the connection to the router.
Really frustrating, I already cancelled my subscription to Deezer.
Please fix this. Once it works I will sign in again.

Was your Versa 3 plugged in and charging @JorgeEchauri? The Sense 3 only turns it's WiFi on while charging.
Yes during setup this is not the case, but for updating music, this is so we don't depleate the battery.
