Can't connect Spotify to Versa 2

how do i get it to work, so i can control on my watch? screen wont work when i get to that stage.

Hi there, @LoeppkyV. Welcome to the Community Forums. 

In order to log into your Spotify account, on the screen where Spotify is asking for you to give permission to Fitbit to connect, there is a link to see what apps already have access to Spotify.  So, click on it, then delete Fitbit from the list. The, back out to the Fitbit app and selected Log In to my Spotify account. It should connected correctly after those steps.

Hi @LoeppkyV  -  if your watch is a Sense or Versa 3, it has Music controls, recommend using that instead for several reasons.

• You won't need a Spotify premium subscription
• Music controls can control any music playing on the phone, not just Spotify
• Music controls can control the volume remotely
• Music controls can be used without ending an App or clock face
• Spotify doesn't allow loading music onto a Sense or Versa 3
• The Spotify App closes any currently running App, Clock face, or workout
