My Versa 2 will not connect to Spotify. I've tried everything, factory resetting the watch, uninstalling and reinstalling Spotify connect from the Fitbit app, logging out and relogging into my Spotify account and Fitbit accounts. When going to the Spotify app on the watch, it shows the connect screen for a few seconds then prompts me that I need turn on bluetooth on my phone and sync with the Fitbit app, which I have done several times. I don't get why this isn't working. Maybe my watch is defective.
