I’m a little frustrated because I want to set up pandora. I’ve heard of the trouble downloading the stations, but I wouldn’t know because I don’t even have the option for setting it up, because I have no gear to go to the settings! Please help!
Moderator edit: updated subject for clarity
That is not where to setup the Pandora @Kena_darlene
Let's watch the official video on setting up Pandora
Or you may want to read the Pandora FAQ.

Welcome on board @Kena_darlene! Have you tried and checked what my friend @Rich_Laue suggested?
I'd like you to restart your Fitbit and double check you're following these steps to download the stations. Have you gotten any error message when trying to sync Pandora with Ionic/Versa?
Plug your watch into the charger. Stations download automatically when the watch is charging and in range of your Wi-Fi network, or tap Force Sync Now in the Fitbit app to add the stations to your watch.
If the issue persists, here is what I my sister did to get a Pandora station downloaded (she was about 2 feet away from the wireless router):
Let me know if the above steps work for you.

Best AnswerI just got my new Versa 3 and live in the US and have the Pandora app on my Fitbit but not in the Fitbit Mobile app under Media which is where I need to go to connect to my Pandora Plus account. I have been on Fitbit Chat 3 times and the issue still isn’t resolved. Did you ever get your issue resolved?
