I purchased a clock face what is it not available for me to use anytime? I hope purchases are not for one time use??

Have you tried searching for the name in the clock face section of the app? If it pops up after a search you can install it again, if it doesn't then the developer has taken it off and you can make a report if you know his name.

Once bought it is yours, however you will need to register if it was u installed and reinstalled. Simply go to the page, when requested, and choose I already purchased.

Now if the developer removed the face from the store then yes it will not be found, but that is up to the developer.
I'm moving your post to the Fitbit OS app store, since it is not a Versa hardware problem.
