I have recently downloaded a Christmas Clock Face and within a day my watch completely shut down. I had to do a Factory Reset. Has anyone experienced this with Clock Faces before?

Welcome on board @mellyc73, It's nice to see you here! I was wondering the same than @SunsetRunner.
I'd recommend restarting your Versa by following the steps posted in this article.
If the issue persists, you can do either change to a different clock face or contact the developer. With third party apps, note that Fitbit doesn't own or maintain third party integrations.
To contact the developer please open their app on the Fitbit App Gallery, scroll/swipe down and under "App Details" you will find the information.
