Clock Face showing 24 hour time.

My clock face is only showing a 24 hour time format. I can swear that it was a 12 hour clock format

when I first loaded it. I'm using the Goat Face clock. Can anyone confirm that this clock face does use the

12 hour time format. My settings are showing the clock format set to 12 hour format.

That fave dies not have a 12-hour setting.  Shame, that fave is one of my favorites but I hate 24-hour time.

I prefer the 12-hour format myself, but it is easy to simply subtract 12 from the times between 1300 and 2400 to get the 12-hour time.  So, 1300 become 1:00, 1600 become 4:00, 2100 become 9:00, etc.
