Clock face not displaying correctly

Installed andbselected the Guilloche click face for my Versa 4. However the "background" color does not display, only the stats in the corners and the clock arms. Any ideas?

Hi @ToniL24  - other than telling the developer, who won't be able to help as developers cannot support clock faces currently, the only option is to choose another clock face.

Hello @ToniL24 and welcome to the Community.  I downloaded that clock face and mine looks like yours.  I checked all the settings and permissions.  The Gallery doesn't give additional screenshots.  An all black display like that looks like an Always On display.

I'm moving this post to the App Gallery forum, a better fit.  This clock face is available for other devices.  I'll ask a moderator to file a bug report.  This is a Fitbit clock face and should display correctly.
