I received the Versa for Christmas and sadly cant load any of the clock face options or add any apps through the fitbit app on ios 12.1.2. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted phone, and nothing seems to work. Is this a problem with the app its self?

@DanielleNicoleJ Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to share the experience you are having with apps not loading to your Versa using iOS 12.1.2.
Have you tried using a different Wi-Fi Network or try with cellular data. Please check if your WiFi Network does not have a child block or VPN enabled.
