Clue App stuck on "Loading" - Versa 2

Hello! 

 

So I got me the Versa 2 a few days ago and was quite pleased to find the Clue App for it! 

I connected my Versa 2 to the WiFi, downloaded the App and logged into clue. Unfortunately the app is stuck on "Loading" whenever I open it.

 

I tried reinstalling the app, tried googleing for help and even contacted the fitbit support chat.

Nothing worked.

 

Does anyone here have some advice that actually works?

In the Fitbit App there is no button to contact the developer and if I open the fitbit gallery on PC it links me to the community..

 

Any help would be appreciated!
