Sometimes my Fitbit Versa 3 does play the music very silent only... even if I change the loudness setting on my Versa 3 to maximum, it is still very quietly.

 

If I connect the same headphones to my phone (a Galaxy S21) the same headphones could destroy my ears 😅

 

How can I somehow reset the volume?
