Deezer - music synchronization not working

Hey,

 

Is anyone else unable to sync music via Deezer to the Fitbit sense? For some weeks now, syncing is not working any more and it stays stuck on 0%. 

 

Any tips? Thanks!

Hi, everyone has the same problem and it’s been an issue for week’s now. After reading a few comments on this forum it appears to be related to a licensing issue between Fitbit and Deezer. I’ve tried to get answers from Fitbit regarding what the issue is and time scale on resolution but I’m still waiting. Both companies will loose my custom if they don’t sort it soon!!

After contacting support today, I have been told that the os update 5.3 should fix the problem. Let's find out once the update will be available 🙂

Deezer syncing is working again!😀😀

Did you do anything specific? I'm still stuck at 0%

It started working after I updated to the new 3.5 OS
