I was just eating my lunch and noticed for the millionth time that I eat too fast. I wish that there was an application which I could turn on that would vibrate every 90 (?) seconds or so tell me it was okay to take the next bite. While this might not seem necessary, but I literally just thought of it and I know it would help me and every other overweight person slow our intake and give our bodies time to let us know we are full. Just an idea.....

An interval timer would be useful to most people. I would love/use this feature to 1. move the sprinklers around in my garden, switching the laundry, taking breaks. it could also be used as medication reminders, for example, have to take a pill every 4 hours? an interval timer would be great for that. I agree with you and insist that ALL/EVERY multitasker ever would benefit from having the ability to simultaneously run custom interval timers. Especially with pomodorros on the rise...developers-get on this
Dear Lacrosse10s:
As I am not a computer scientist, and because 90 seconds is so rapid the repeating noise will drive you nuts. what I would recommend is an hourglass. 2nd idea: make a breadcrumb trail for yourself, eating as you go. If you have a roomba, you could put your plate on it and only chase it down when you are done chewing for less dishes. Return to your "homebase before hunting your dinner bite down again.
I hope that this is helpful to you or someone because it took me entirely too long to write. Pleae let me know/ keep me posted about any ideas, apps or procedures that allow us to come cloe to realizing our dreams. 🙂
