Nobody here knows the answer to that question. I believe it will be posted on Fitbit's blog site for the release.

We know that it isn't currently planned according to the feature suggestion here:

The status changed in December last year so it is quite recent news.

That doesn't mean that Dexcom won't make their own app for the ionic or Versa

In our existing partnership with Dexcom, we collaborate to develop and market products to help people better manage their diabetes and get a more complete picture of their overall health with easy-to-use mobile tools. However at this time we don’t have plans to release this exact suggestion. You can learn more about how Fitbit decides what suggestions get released in our FAQs.
