Downloading Pandora Music Not Working

My Versa says to "use your computer to start downloading music". My versa is on the charging station, has 85% charge, is connected to the WiFi, is connected to the computer, i have a paid subscription to Pandora, it is running. I have "forced sync" several times. I have done everything that I can find to do. It still is not downloading the music. And yes,I have disconnected and reconnected also. This is a major feature I wanted with this thing, otherwise I would have kept my Charge...and yes that is disconnected from everything too.

have been very happy with all of the fit bit products I have owned. I was
very excited that I could have my music without dealing with a phone when
exercising! I am looking forward to being able to utilize this feature!
