When do you expect ECG App to be available in Croatia?

Sometime after the Croatia government gives it's approval. The best is to follow your regulators.

The Apple Watch ECG has been approved 2 years ago and by now it should've been done the same with Fitbit Sense.. who's in charge of this process? How does the process even look like? Does Fitbit have do push it or?

It feels really lame giving so much money for a watch to get a distinct feature which isn't even supported.. it would've been great if Fitbit even mentioned it on their sales page instead of low print at the bottom of the ECG feature itself. I feel betrayed.

Who is in charge of certification @sargaxon?

That is easy to answer. It is the same government regulatory agency that approve the Apple Watch.

Not fitbit, and not apple.

It is the Croatia agency responsible for certafacation

What dies the process look like? Not sure, but every country has their own steps for certification.

Croatian agency is in charge of certification, however Fitbit is in charge of applying for that certification. Same as Apple did for Apple Watch and Samsung did for Galaxy watch, and both have ecg enabled in Croatia for a long time now. It is definitely not the agency's job to seek out manufacturers making devices that may have ECG and other features that require certification.

What we all want to know is if Fitbit even applied, and is there some progress on the feature, and instead got a non answer.

Is there even anyone affiliated with Fitbit watching this forums or is it community only forum?

Yes and no @SunsetRunner their are a few moderators that do look at posts on this board, but they probably do not know anything about ECG applications with countries.

This is a community board, and like most community boards, are set up to get help from members of the community.

In short, we do not know if anyone in the legal department is watching.

A  long time", doesn't say anything about the timeline between application and approval for Samsung and Apple. But this doesn't matter, since as fitbit users, we do not know the status of an application.

I know that is annoying, but we do not have answers other than to keep an eye on this page.

Thank you for the clarification

Your answer,

"Sometime after the Croatia government gives its approval. The best is to follow your regulators." is not necessarily the whole truth @Rich_Laue

I cannot say it is the case for Croatia @SunsetRunner @sargaxon @dcaddy43 but in Norway, our regulatory authority has given their approval, with one condition; the software needs to be translated into Norwegian. The translation is not rocket science, and shouldn't take forever, so far we have been waiting for 9 months. What Fitbit say? As usual, absolutely nothing.
