I am having trouble keeping the clock face activated. So far I have had to re-activate it nearly every day since I purchased it. Pretty anoying when I try to check the time and all I get is an activation code. Then I must wait till I am at my pc, go to the pay site and enter the new code and my email to reactivate the face (this process works well). The developer did state if I uninstall it to try another face it would need reactivated. I have not uninstalled the Classic nor disabled it but it still wants reactivated often.
There is a link in the Fitbit app that says "Contact developer" .....it does not work. Clicking on it....nothing happens.
It appears there is a bug in the developers security routine.

If the "Contact Developer" button isn't working, please click the please report it link:
Select Payment Issue and click Report.
